Headliner backs every qualified order so you can buy with 100% confidence. All tickets sold on Headliner are from verified sources that have all been heavily vetted. If you have an issue with your order, please contact us, and we'll resolve it as soon as possible.

As part of the Headliner Guarantee

  • Your tickets will be delivered in time for the event
  • Your tickets will provide valid entry to the event
  • The tickets you receive will be the same as those you ordered
  • If any of these things do not occur, you will be provided with comparable or better tickets to the event, or offered a 100% refund. Please contact Headliner immediately.
  • If the event is cancelled and not rescheduled, you will be refunded the full purchase price

Service Agreement

Ticket Concierge

Headliner is a ticket concierge service that allows users to buy tickets for events. No tickets sold on the platform are actually owned by Headliner. Instead Headliner, takes users’ orders and identifies tickets being sold using manpower, broker relationships, and technology. Since Headliner does not own the tickets, and the prices are set by sellers that Headliner identifies, at times, prices may be higher or lower than face value. Still, Headliner is committed to finding the lowest priced tickets at all times.


Headliner charges users a small fee for acquiring your tickets. We are proud to say that at 8.5%, our fees are well below the rest of the secondary ticket industry.

Buying Tickets

You are responsible for reading the complete listing before making a commitment to buy tickets. When placing an order, you are entering into a binding contract to purchase the selected tickets. Payment is remitted to Headliner as we have already paid the seller for your purchase. ALL SALES ARE FINAL except for cancelled events. You will not receive a refund for completed purchases. You cannot change or cancel any orders after the sale is complete.

Event Cancellation

If an event is cancelled or does not occur, we will remove the relevant listings and email you about the cancellation. The Buyer will receive a full refund and the Seller will, if he/she received payment, be charged the amount he/she received for the original sale.

Event Postponement

If an event is postponed and rescheduled, Headliner will work with Buyers on a case-by-case basis attempting to resolve any ticket issues. Headliner reserves the right to cancel orders if new tickets are required. Refunds will not be issued for postponed events (unless they are ultimately cancelled).

Other Event Changes

Headliner will always take care of fans at the show but is not responsible for tickets resold by users, partial performances, or venue, line-up, date, or time changes. No refunds will be issued in these instances.
